Keller Geotechnique have an impressive record of introducing new systems to the foundations market. This is helped by technology transfer from around the globe where other regions or group companies are particularly experienced in a technique, but also from the expertise brought in by acquisition from Systems Geotechnique, and in particular Fondedile.

Dry Soil Mixing is a highly effective ground treatment system used to improve the load performance characteristics of soft clays, peats and other weak soils . The process employs the effects of both hydration and the bonding of soil particles to increase the shear strength and reduce the compressibility of the soil mass. KG has successfully imported this proven technology from our sister company in Sweden.

Samwoo Removeable Anchors Keen to embrace innovative technology throughout the world. KG are proud to act as the sole distributor of this remarkable anchoring system within the UK. The use of conventional anchors in city centres is often discarded due to the logistical and practical constraints of the site. This is primarily due to way leave concerns, i.e. leaving potential obstructions for future development of the land and seeking third party approvals. The Samwoo removable system is a cost effective anchor, which is relatively easy to install and remove. The whole anchor strand can be completely removed except for a small anchor body.

Fondedile Pali Radice system, although introduced into the UK from Italy back in the 60’s, the cored minipiling system remains unrivaled in the UK market place. As our city centres are redeveloped, old buildings give way to new developments, and the new foundation systems have to fit in (or through) the old. The Pali Radice systems unique ability to form piles in heavily obstructed ground, which is more relevant today than ever before.

SBMA (Single Bore Multiple Anchor) Developed by Keller UK in the early 1990’s, SBMA anchor technology has revolutionised anchor design, giving up to 50-150% increased capacity from traditionally fixed anchor systems. Highly effective in relatively poor ground conditions where high anchor capacities are required. SBMA technology can be used in both permanent and temporary applications.
